submissions that disregard guidelines will be disregarded
Magazine submissions are open and free in the months of January and August. For longer manuscripts, please read the following with care:
Submission fees are a divisive issue and a barrier for many writers. For this reason, we offer a free route via the magazine, publication in which qualifies you to send manuscripts for free. If you wish to take a quicker route, in lieu of a 'Tip Jar' submission, we request that you purchase a HVTN product; this shows to us a willingness to engage with the press and the work we publish. You receive something for your money, and it helps support our fledgling endeavour. Thank you for reading and understanding, and please know we are open to feedback on this policy. If you take the Tip Jar route, please include a PayPal reference number in your submission.
